Deepening the Practice in Tantric Training, Module 1
Nirvana Tantric Healing Centre, Co Leitrim, 15-17 November 2025
Course Overview
This 3-day intensive introduces professionals in Tantra Massage & Bodyworkers, Sexual Somatic Practitioners and Escorts to the energetic and spiritual foundations of deeper tantric (sexual and spiritual) practice. The focus is on cultivating energy awareness, maintaining energetic hygiene, grounding techniques, and developing spiritual dimensions to connect with universal energies. These skills prevent burnout—a common challenge in this field— while enhancing personal vitality and elevating client sessions. The practices establish the basis for transformative work that extends beyond massage into holistic and spiritual integrative healing.
The 5–6-hour afternoon schedule allows for immersive learning, with sufficient time for integration and sustained energy, ensuring participants can fully absorb and apply new skills without exhaustion with time for homework/practice tasks and other activities in the morning.
Objectives
- Develop sensitivity to personal and universal energy to enhance presence in sessions.
- Learn practical energy hygiene techniques to maintain clear boundaries.
- Master grounding practices to remain centred and avoid depletion.
- Cultivate spiritual dimensions to foster a deeper connection to divine or universal consciousness.
- Build a foundation for future shamanic and advanced spiritual exploration.
How We Will Work
Leveraging Group Support
As some participants already know each other, we will utilise this group dynamic to expand awareness and deepen learning. Sharing circles and partner exercises will encourage comparison of experiences, offer insights, and build on collective wisdom to refine practices. This approach enhances integration by allowing participants to reflect on and discuss their unique energetic and spiritual experiences, fostering a collaborative environment where shared learning amplifies personal growth.
Experiential Learning
The training will combine guided meditations, practical exercises, and group discussions to ensure hands-on application and immediate feedback. The 5–6-hour afternoon structure supports deep engagement with these practices and providing a break to process and integrate, in alignment with the course’s focus on sustainable energy management.
Safe Space
A confidential, non-judgemental environment will support vulnerability and authentic exploration, encouraging participants to engage with spiritual dimensions in trust and openness.
